About Mental Reps Co.

Our Mission

Our mission is to make mental skill building simple so that future generations can become stronger from the inside out.

You don’t need to be a professional athlete to learn to think like one! Mental Reps Co. toys and books build on the proven principles of performance psychology used by elite adults to help kids develop the mental skills they need to show up, follow through, and do hard things.

Our Story

Over the years, I have coached elite performers across organizations such as the New York Yankees, as well as executives navigating high-stakes transitions. Rep by rep, I guided them in building and strengthening the mental skills required to consistently excel at the highest level.

After my son was born, a central question emerged: Why do we wait until adulthood to cultivate these essential skills?

The foundational techniques that enable a professional athlete to bounce back from a strikeout are the exact same principles that help a young child navigate a meltdown. Only the reps differ—taking the form of a bedtime routine rather than a pre-game ritual.

Rooted in validated performance psychology principles, Mental Reps Co. provides parents with engaging, science-backed tools to simplify mental skill building.

Whether a child learns to focus on what they can control, persevere when motivation wanes, or reset after a setback, they are actively building the neural foundation for lifelong mental resilience.

Let’s do it together—one rep at a time.

The Science of Mental Reps Co.

When manageable struggles feel like play, kids can build the same skills as MLB players, astronauts, and prima ballerinas.
